It is people who make the difference.  They make the company ticks and contribute to its success.  It is as much in the company’s interest that the organisations value and invest in people.  Training, be it:

  • On the job training,
  • Customised goal based training initiated by the company whereby a facilitator is engaged to deliver the program, or
  • Competency-based public training programs open to multiple organisations

These are options available for companies to send their staffs for learning, training and development. These options are complementary.


Customised Goal-Based Training

In other words, staffs can go for public / open programs so that they get to know and have the opportunity to network with people from other organisations and at the same time are exposed to other companies’ cultures. On the job training focuses on immediate skills acquisition and will certainly help the staffs better handle their jobs. Customised goal based training addresses specific common problems encountered by the company.
