Not all organisations can afford to have customised training due to time constraint. It is sometimes harder to organise the relevant staff members to be present at the same time because of work demands.
Upon requests and to fill the gap, PGA Consulting Limited developed a series of training programs to cater for different position levels. The designs of the training programs are based on our in-depth knowledge of various organisations’ common needs, with particular emphasis on critical success factors for the companies and individuals. To facilitate the company’s human resource management, we track each participant’s learning pathway so that learning can be a journey, and the participant will be able to develop his/her required skills sets in “building blocks”.
