Weelan brings with her more than 20 years of experience assisting clients to make organisation and personal changes through effective delivery of consulting, training, one to one coaching, and organisation development. She applies the three-pronged approach of addressing business needs, company objectives, and identifying individuals’ areas for improvements to create programs suitable for sustained development and continuous support that yield results. Working well with all levels of the clients including Chairman & CEO, Divisional Managers, Line Managers and Supervisors, provides Weelan unique insights into business and the ways companies create value.

Currently, as the Principal and Director of PGA Consulting Limited, she works with a variety of clients including multinational, Small, Medium –size Enterprises (SME), family owned enterprises (FOE) and institutions such as the Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA).

Weelan writes and contributes articles to Dialogue, a professional journal for Hong Kong Accredited Accounting Technicians (HKAAT).
