Some friends organize a trip and I took the opportunity to join them for a tour of Western Yunnan, including the Unesco sight of Lejiang, Tiger Leaping Gorge, Shangrila with other locations I have yet to visit before returning to Hong Kong. It is always good to be exposed to different ways of life as it broadens our perspectives of work life balance.
AI can be a source of helping us work more effectively. Some organisations made it mandatory to use AI. One thing to be mindful is that not all information in AI is correct. It is essential that we do have the knowledge and skills to provide value-added. Indeed, one of the big fours was caught regurgitating information from AI that that the client, the Australian government, was definitely not amused.
Be prepared and be resilient seem to be the critical success factors for current changing environment. So, let’s equip ourselves to be better communicators and work on the human side of managing. So, do join us in exploring a changing world.
