Chinese New Year was a lot of fun for us, good food, chats and reminiscence of past years.

Before we know, it is March, the end of the financial year for some companies and an extension of a new financial year.  It is time to 'forward look' at the changes and individual and organizational future plans, particularly with the wars in the Middle East which may affect oil exports, prices and consumption.  It is time to equip oneself and be competitive.
