October month has a number of public holidays in HK with 1st October celebrating the National Day and 7th October celebrating Mid Autumn Festival.  With weekends in between, the holidays can be extended to a long holiday for some people. This is a time to enjoy and relax.  It is also time to focus on Quarter 4 and forward looking and plan for 2026.

AI is the buzz word.  It changes the way we work and adapting to it is essential.  It certainly improves productivity, hopefully not at the expense of creativity.  We all recognize change is here to stay and must respond to it.

Continuous learning and development seem to be the key. Human interaction in terms of leadership, management, communication and other interpersonal skills is still necessary to place us ahead of others.  We invite you to join us in upgrading your soft skills.  Afterall, it is people who make the difference.
